At True North Sailing, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible delivery experience. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, including standard delivery and special delivery.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 working days, while special delivery is next working day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you have ordered.
We also offer free standard delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge will apply unless you choose an alternative delivery method at the checkout.

- All orders are shipped by Royal mail, orders above 6kg will be shipped via courier.
- Postage cost options will be available at the checkout, it is the responsibility of the customer to select the postage preference. The postage options are as follows.
- 2nd Class: 2-5 Working Days £3.99
- Tracked 48: 2-3 Working Days £4.99
- Special Delivery: Next working day £8.99
If your delivery is not delivered within the timeframe, please email True North Sailing at email@example.com and we will be happy to help with this.
- If you have received an incorrect order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will provide you with a prepaid return label and upon receiving the return, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
- Free delivery is available for all orders over £50 and applies to UK mainland addresses only. These orders will be posted as Tracked 48, unless the customer chooses an alternative shipment method at the checkout, which will incur an additional charge. For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
- If any orders are returned to True North Sailing, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of resending the order. The price for re-delivery will be communicated and agreed upon via email.
- We dispatch and deliver orders between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays. For orders placed before 1pm, we aim to dispatch them on the same day. If there are any issues with our stock levels, a member of our team will contact you to provide an update.
- You will receive a notification by email regarding your shipment. Please check your junk/spam folder and ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout.
- If you require shipping of your order outside of the United Kingdom, please contact True North Sailing for a price before placing your order. Free returns do not apply to orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please refer to our returns policy.

- At exceptionally busy times like Christmas, postal strikes or in periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries may be delayed.
