Hawk Race Wind Indicator for Racing Dinghies

The Hawk Race Wind Indicator is engineered for single-handed racing dinghies, delivering precise and reliable wind direction feedback when it matters most. Designed with competitive sailors in mind, it enhances performance by providing clear, instant visual reference without distraction.

Featuring a secure, adjustable mounting bracket, the Hawk Race Wind Indicator can be easily installed or removed as needed. Its durable aluminium support rod is fully flexible, allowing it to be bent to the desired angle for optimal visibility and quickly straightened if accidentally knocked during racing.

Positioned at gooseneck height in front of the mast, the Hawk Race offers a major advantage over traditional masthead indicators. This lower mounting point enables fast, accurate wind reading without the need to look upward, improving reaction time and maintaining focus on sail trim and course—ideal for both upwind and downwind sailing.

Combining lightweight construction with high performance, the Hawk Race Wind Indicator is a practical upgrade for sailors seeking improved wind awareness and racing efficiency.
