Definitions

The “COMPANY” refers to True North Sailing.
The “BUYER” refers to the purchaser of goods and services.

Summary
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

Payment
Notwithstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. 

Promotions

All promotions are subject to terms and conditions decided by True North Sailing. All sale items and Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any discount codes.

Only one discount code can be used at any one time.

All customers who subscribe to our newsletter will receive a 5% discount code to use on their first order only. The discount code can only be accepted by website orders. We cannot process orders via the phone when using a discount code. If the code is not entered at the time of purchase True North Sailing will not honour this discount or refund the amount of the discount after the purchase.

VAT
The company’s price list includes UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate except on those goods that are zero rated or exempt from VAT charges.

Reviews

By accepting these terms and conditions the customer gives consent to receive invitations to review their orders.

Fitness for purpose
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever. 

Liability
The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Warranty

If a product is within its warranty period True North Sailing will be happy to handle any warranty claims with the manufacturer. Should the customer wish to contact the manufacturer direct True North Sailing will provide any documentation to support this. True North Sailing will not replace any items which are under investigation and until a decision is decided by the manufacturer.
